All prices, terms and conditions subject to change without notice. All
orders are accepted on the basis of price in effect at time of shipment

Payment terms

Minimum charge

Minimum $50.00 net, per order.

Claims and errors
|

Claims on shortages, erroneous charges or price corrections must be
presented within 30 days of date on invoice.
|
|
Returned goods
|

|
A Returned Goods Authorization must be received from Mound Tool Company.
A minimum of 20% will be assessed for material accepted for return.
Such material must be:
- Purchased within the last 12 months. Mound Tool Co. invoice numbers required.
- Items that are currently stocked by Mound Tool Co. No custom made items may be returned
- Our current design and manufacture
Transportation charges on returns must be prepaid.

Non-Stock items

Items made to order, including items requiring minimum quantities (as
indicated in the price sheets), may be over or undershipped by 10% and will be
invoiced accordingly.

Cancellation
|
-
|
Orders received and acknowledged by Mound Tool Co. may not be cancelled
or changed except with permission by Mound Tool Co. and with Mound Tool
Co. being reimbursed for all losses due to cancellations or changes.
